We are based in the West Midlands and cover a 25mile radius but have hosted events all over the country. Outside of this we generally ask our customers to cover the travel cost which is generally £1 per mile outside of the radius .

 We take a £50 deposit to secure your booking, the remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your event before the gaming starts. Deposits are non-refundable. We accept both Bank Transfer & Cash as methods of payments.

 The Gaming Pad is ideal for 8-10 gamers inside at any one time and we also have a VR set up outside with an additional screen for a further gamer. However we do cater for large groups and in such cases we have a rotation system in place to allow everyone to be involved. 

 We try to be as flexible as possible for our customers which is why we offer 3 slots throughout the day. We have morning slots from 10am or 11am . Afternoon slots are from 1pm, 2pm or 3pm.  Our Evening slots are from 4pm, 5pm or 6pm. All our slots are a minimum of 2 hours.

 All we need is somewhere to set up and a power outlet (provided we’re not using our generator) and enough space for us to park our van (roughly 2-and-a-half cars width). We also need you to make sure that any parking charges are covered. 

 Not at all. Everything we use is rated for low energy use, so a 2-hour party would cost less than £2 in electricity.

 If you don't have a drive, it's OK as long as we have a safe place to park the van – no heavy traffic or main roads. Also, we may not be able to park on a one-way street if we're likely to obstruct to passing vehicles. Please check the required space before booking – our van is 7 metres long and 2.5 meters wide.

The Gaming Pad has its own 5G internet supply. However, we always request our customers to allow us to hard wire to their modems. If this is not possible and the signal area is poor, the games can be played offline but will have no access to online gaming  

No worries, we have a portable petrol powered generator we can supply at an additional cost

Nope. once we've sent you a confirmation of your booking, all we ask for is to ensure there is 2.5 cars space available for us to park and access to a power point within 20 metres.

 We will come straight to your desired location and set up. We will generally arrive 20 minutes before your booking to set up .Our friendly staff will make sure everything is running perfectly and the gaming can begin.

The show still goes on!!! Use of all game tech inside the van remains the same. We also have a gazeebo for outdoor use that allows the VR to be played as normal. Our Outdoor screen is also all weatherproof.

All our team are DBS checked with First Aid training. We are there to ensure everything is set up, to help where needed, and to make sure you have an unforgettable experience.

However a responsible adult is always required at the address while the event is taking place to ensure gamers are behaving and that safety measures are being followed.

 We have access to all of the latest big releases, classics, and some niche titles. We have access to Xbox Live, Playstation Store and Nintendo Switch Online giving you the ability to choose from a library of games,  and we doubt you’ll struggle to find something you’ll want to play. Furthermore, we can accommodate most requests prior to the event.

Yes, we offer both single-player and multiplayer games.

We do allow some food.  Drinks are permitted in the gaming van as long as they are in a covered sports bottle. This helps with ensuring no spillages. Please speak to use prior to your event to see if there is anything we can do to assist with food and drink.

Yes! As long as there is someone inside the van, we remain parked.

Our massive 115" outdoor screen is a real head turner and statement to your event. However please note we do not provide any Live Sport, or Entertainment on demand ourselves. It is up to the Event organiser to have this arranged. If you wish to stream off you own device we require it to have a HDMI port and 3.5mm jack input for the speakers. Please speak to use prior to your event to see if your device is suitable.
